Terms & Conditions


  • Minimum order value of £75.
  • Payments are accepted in cash or cheque. We do not currently have the facility to accept credit/debit cards.
  • We are not VAT registered so no VAT will be charged.
  • Personal cheques are accepted with the full amount being paid at least 14 days before the event. A 20% non refundable deposit is required when the booking is made.
  • Company cheques are subject to approval with payment due 14 days from date of invoice.
  • Final numbers need to be confirmed 14 days before the event when the invoice will be produced. In the event of cancellation, a charge will be made dependent on notice given.
  • Menu items are subject to availability and may be changed – we always substitute with an item of the same or greater value.
  • Local delivery and setup is included in the final price to venues in Coventry and the surrounding areas. Delivery charges will apply to venues outside of these areas. Please contact us for further details.
  • All buffets are supplied on presentation trays which are reusable. A refundable deposit may be requested.
  • Paper plates and napkins are included in the price in the colour of your choice.
  • All buffets must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery (Food Standard Agency Regulations).
  • Staff hire available on request @ £10.00 per hour.
  • Zest Catering is fully insured.
  • Our buffets may contain traces of nuts.
